Would recommend this hotel for its convenience, it was a 15 minute walk to the train station and right along the river. It was also a 15 minute driver from the airport and walkable to all major attractions in Florence. The room itself was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet in the morning. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was nice knowing there was one available if we needed it. For the price, I think this hotel was worth it.

Beautiful Hotel great staff. Pedro who manages the dining area was amazing!! Such a great guy and always willing to help with whatever needed. Excellent service. We stayed here for 2 nights, and while the hotel had some positives, unfortunately the room setup made the stay uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the bed — you could feel the springs all over, and every time someone turned, it squeaked loudly, enough to wake the partner. The sofa bed wasn’t much better; the mattress was extremely thin, and if you sat near the edge, it felt like you could fall in. The bathroom looked nice and clean, but the shower setup was odd. There was a faucet positioned right in the middle of the tub, directly where you stand to use the shower, which made it awkward to use. On the positive side, the hotel itself was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Overall, while the service and cleanliness were good, the poor bed quality and strange bathroom design really affected our comfort.

This hotel was perfect! Staff was beyond helpful. We were touring for the first time in Florence for and Emily trip and needed a lot of guidance. They were courteous, professional, patient and friendly. We had 2 rooms and both were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast room had a large selection. It basically was our lunch and then we only needed dinner. Location was quiet and safe. Near the train and a small grocery store. We very much recommend staying here!

Great Hotel to stay in Florence!

The receptionist greeted me with a big smile for when I arrived and even given me a free room upgrade which was so nice of them! I stayed for two nights. I left my toothpaste cap lying around and the housekeeping even help me to put the cap back on for when they made my room, which I think it was ever so considerate of them. The breakfast so so good. Love their creamy scrambled eggs that they had served! Dinner was ok. I would totally recommend staying at this hotel for whatever the reason visiting Florence and so near to the city centre by foot!

We travelled with a family of 6. When we arrived James was very nice. He help get our rooms. The rooms were clean. We had a car and we opted to use there parking. It was very expensive. They also charged 5 euros for every time you took your car in or out. We ended up not touching our car. The breakfast was good and it had a good variety. The pool on the roof is a nice place to relax, however the pool is dirty. It needed cleaning. I took pictures and wish I could have posted. They need to clean it. Other than that the stay was ok.

We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, the convenient location, and the friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The toilet ran constantly, and the shower had a broken seal at the bottom of the glass, which caused water to flood the floor—we had to use most of our towels to soak it up. Maintenance did come by and was able to fix the toilet, but the shower issue remained unresolved.

Great breakfast. The staffs are always on top making sure the trays are always filled. Clean room however we booked for 3 people and the staff seems did not check how many people checked in, always replacing towels onlu for 2 people so we ended up having to request for extra towels every day which was annoying.
