I went on a trip with my mom and two small boys. This hotel was great for all of us to relax and unwind. We used the pool everyday we were there, we could walk to dinners, grocery store and beautiful sites. Their breakfast was amazing. The gym was clean and had everything I needed. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We'd definitely stay again!

Everything was good as expected except for the amenities, there's no individual irons to loan to the guests, instead one has to go 2 floors downstairs past the reception to an ironing room where's only one old iron and board for everyone to use. It's embarrassing having to go to it to do your clothes and not in the privacy of your room. Other than that it was a good and comfortable bed and staff service.

We had a good, comfortable stay and a great experience. The hotel is in a great location , very close to the train station and other amenities. Good clean rooms , breakfast with big spread . What puts the experience at higher level is their front desk staff. Front desk staff is very polite , courteous and professionals with customer service mindset and attitude. They made sure we had all the relevant information , maps , addressed our questions with detailed information and friendly smiles. Thank you NH firenze and staff for our great 3 night stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place and wonderful view from the top. The pool closes a little too early in my opinion, as they turn it into tables for dinner. Especially, in the summer when it is so hot all day and you are coming back from walking 20,000 steps. Also, the dinner menu was limited and the same each night. We were there for a week. Almost all the food was seafood. As a vegetarian, who does not eat seafood, it was hard to find something to eat. Location was not ideal for the places that what we went there to see. Saying all that, I would stay there again for the hotel, but probably try to get a place closer to the museums if I was going for the tourist attractions

Beautiful Hotel great staff. Pedro who manages the dining area was amazing!! Such a great guy and always willing to help with whatever needed. Excellent service. Would recommend this hotel for its convenience, it was a 15 minute walk to the train station and right along the river. It was also a 15 minute driver from the airport and walkable to all major attractions in Florence. The room itself was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet in the morning. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was nice knowing there was one available if we needed it. For the price, I think this hotel was worth it.

We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, the convenient location, and the friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The toilet ran constantly, and the shower had a broken seal at the bottom of the glass, which caused water to flood the floor—we had to use most of our towels to soak it up. Maintenance did come by and was able to fix the toilet, but the shower issue remained unresolved.
