Mr. My Resort is a small property, I gather of only a few rooms, tucked away in a quiet street a short walk from central Florence. It is clearly very old and the decor benefits from what were obviously frescoes from an earlier time. Our room was reasonably spacious, with a high ceiling with attractive panelling. The room benefitted from air conditioning & had a small fridge and this was stocked with water every day by Lorenzo who was always on hand to assist. The door at the rear of the room gave access to a lovely central, part covered, area which had chairs and tables for the use of visitors and we chose to have our breakfast here. The property's central location allowed us easy access to the transport network with both the railway station and the bus station being within reasonable walking distance and through which we were able to explore the wider Tuscany region. We found our stay at this property comfortable and a welcome refuge from the hustle and bustle of central Florence nearby. We visited in August and it was incredibly hot but nonetheless our stay was very enjoyable and if you choose to visit Florence I'd recommend Mr. My Resort.

Annorlunda och mycket bra

Annorlunda fräscht hotell med jättebra läge. Mycket trevlig personal som fixade parkering snabbt och effektivt. Kan man själv fixa frukost utan att tvunget vilja äta på hotellet, vilket ju inte är särskilt svårt i en italiensk storstad, är detta ett mycket trevligt och prisvärt boende.

Wish we'd stayed longer!

This is the most beautiful little boutique hotel full of period features and stylish touches, situated a 10-15 minute walk from the main sights of Florence. Hosts Alessandro and Lorenzo did everything they could to make sure our stay was perfect, from the wine and prosecco in our room on arrival to the taxi on departure, not to mention the tourism tips, restaurant recommendations and spa access in between. Wouldn't hesitate to return, or to recommend to family and friends. Loved it!

Excelente!

Es un lugar muy cuidado, limpio y bonito! Lorenzo el dueño del lugar es muy amable y nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones de Restaurantes deliciosos y no muy caros. Todos los lugares turísticos en Florencia quedaban a distancia del hotel de 10 o 15 minutos caminando. Lo recomiendo 100 %. Gracias Lorenzo!

Consigliato, torneremo di sicuro!!

Molto accogliente e pulito. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione strategica molto vicino alla stazione dei treni. Molto bello l arredamento della camera e il giardinetto interno dove è possibile rilassarsi con un bicchiere del buonissimo vino offerto dal B&B. L'accoglienza di Lorenzo è sicuramente un plus, disponibilissimo e molto gentile.

Close To Everything

Lovely property. Away from the bustle but close to everything. Bed was uncomfortable ( too firm for us) but given the location, can’t complain. Only other thought, we moved rooms after arriving. There are two adjoining suites in which you can hear everything in the other room. We asked to move and thankfully were able to. Patio off of both suites is shared. Would definitely stay again.

The neighborhood was nice...not in the historic center which is very crowded, but still an easy walk to everything. Our room was quite noisy because it was facing the street. Also, the toilet ran after flushing and the room had a strong sweet smell of insecticide. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic hotel

We spent 4 nights here in August and it provided a great base for exploring the beautiful city of Florence. Its a 5-10min walk to the Duomo and a couple blocks away from Galleria Accademia but it's so quiet and peaceful inside it feels much further away. The room was was beautifully decorated and spotelessly clean, the bathroom was small but was fine for what we needed. There's a lovely little courtyard garden where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine (given to us for free by the great hosts). Lorenzo was on hand to check us in and he was so helpful with advice and recommendations. We never met Alessandro while we were there but he was very quick to come back to us with some questions we had and couldn't have been more polite and helpful. We had breakfast at the wine bar round the corner every morning, they had a great selection of pastries and very good coffee to kick start the day. Overall we couldn't fault MR. My Resort, it's a great little hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. My Resort. The room was very nicely and uniquely decorated and very comfortable. Lorenzo was super nice and made sure we had everything and were comfortable. He gave us great recommendations of places to visits and eat. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it to others :)
