I had the most fantastic experience when I first stayed at Milu 2 years ago which is why I went back again and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for the perfect location in Florence. It's perfectly located for walking to almost anywhere in Florence. They also have an excellent arrangement with a local parking garage which was always bringing my vehicle to me earlier than the time I was promised. It's a valet service and the staff here is fantastic 24 hours a day. This is a super Chic and clean boutique Hotel. I will be back again this is now my go-to place. Thank you again Milu for the great service.

Great central walkable location. Boutique hotel with wonderfully friendly and professional staff, who are very responsive by WhatsApp for concierge questions or requests. Rooms are clean and normal sized for European hotels. Wooden floors (not carpeted) has a breakfast option on the top floor but also plenty of cafes nearby.

One of the best Boutique Hotels, I have ever staid in my life. Location 10, Rooms 10, Cleanless 10, Decoration 10 (modern arts around the Hotel!). Breakfast 10 in a beautiful Roof Top. All the staff is always with a smile asking if you need something. Fully recommended! Oviously I will come back.
