Clean and pleasant apartment. Great for walks into Florence. Basic but just right. Great communication from host. Very small lift but no issues for 2 people .

I don't recommend staying here long-term. The shower didn't drain (they offered to send maintenance while we were gone, but we opted to wait until check out), and the blankets offered had weird stains on them. There was also no remote to control the AC/heat, and management never followed up on the messages regarding finding it. The building itself isn't in great condition, and the room is very barren and bleak. Management isn't very great at communication.
