Super dusty room that had my boyfriend coughing and sneezing constantly only when we were in the hotel. The mattress was absolutely horrible and springy. You get what u pay for. Good for the cost

The staff specially Marcello was really a good host with us during the check in process. He explained everything and recommend us nice restaurants around tha area. The only complain was that when i booked the room I did not Notice it said "Shared Bathrooms" because when you click the photos you do see bathroom inside the room. But everything was clean and neat.

Elena and her husband were excellent hosts. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. Elena gave us very good advice for touring Venice and excellent recommendations. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Venice again.

It’s a clean, spacious, very practical place to stay I loved the AC ;) we had everything of what we needed , even we had to share a bathroom it wasn’t an inconvenient at all, we had also our own shower inside our room. I highly recommend this place if you are out and about. Very affordable and practical, location was amazing, stuff… very helpful and polite In other words… NO COMPLAINTS :)

10 minute walk to the duomo, bathrooms were clean, room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Building is kind of hard to find as you’re better off just looking for the building number. Check in was simple and easy with friendly staff and I would definitely book again

Nice location. It was a small room and you can hear everything even conversations from other rooms. Bed was definitely not comfy and small. Shared bahtroom was ok. There were only one place for each batroom to take a shower and it was really small and had poor ventitation.

The hotel’s location is excellent,making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and warm, and it had a small private bathroom. The front desk staff was very helpful after check-in, providing us with a city map and recommendations for places to visit. The only issue was that when we wanted to take a shower around 9pm, the water was quite cold. Overall, it was a comfortable and centrally located stay.
