The location was EXCELLENT. Not even 2 blocks away from the cathedral, very central lively and nice neighborhood. Staff was very attentive and the service was great. The room was perfect and the bathroom too. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence.

Good points: The location is good.The city is compact, so it's easy to get to anywhere. The room was quite spacious and the ceilings were high, giving it a luxurious feel. It was clean, and the bed mattress was comfortable. The shower water was hot, and there were no malfunctions with the other facilities. The staff were polite and punctual. It was also nice that they could store my luggage after check-out and let me use the restroom. Points that could be improved: The building itself is old, so there was a sewage smell at the entrance (but not in the room). The Wi-Fi was slow, and the TV was laggy and didn't have a decent picture.
