Excessively well located, impressive friendliness, famil own, link with the Opera restaurant situated just few blocks from the B&B,where we had meals at discount and our breakfast. On days where we had to leave earlier than the restaurant opening, the owner prepared a breakfast that included a fruit juice, a savoury and a sweet pastry delivered to our room into a nice bag. A major issue is the room is noise level, coming from the outside which woke us up many time per night especially in the early morning when trucks picked up the garbage.p Ear plugs were supplied ! Nevertheless, it worth it.

Our room was simple but accommodating! The location is great with it being right next to the Duomo and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff was super helpful and flexible with our schedule. Our arrival was delayed due to a train service strike, but they waited for us to arrive late. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious and convenient. Definitely worth it!

Room is near Major Piazza which is very noisy. If you value sleep and rest at night do not stay here. The AC in room was set to 16C but room never cooled down. Owner looked but just shrugged. During night we were forced to open window in August to get breeze and cool down. But the noises, cars, people, go until 3am. Also mosquitoes came in and spouse got bit. Then garbage truck at 4. I do not recommend this place. The BR drain was slow to drain.

아침에 두오모 보며 산책하기 좋은 위치. 고풍스러운 인테리어. 근무하시는 분들도 친절하게 가방을 맡아주심. 그러나, 8월 폭염임에도 전혀 시원하지 않은 에어컨으로 너무 끔찍한 이틀을 보냈습니다. 너무 더워서 찬물로 샤워하고 옷도 안 입었으나 결국 다음 일정을 취소할 정도로 아팠습니다. 게다가 밤낮으로 창문 바로 앞에 있는 재활용쓰레기통에 유리를 잔뜩 버리는 소리가 계속 나서 쾅쾅 거려서 이틀간 잠을 못 잤습니다. 업체에서 제공하는 귀마개로 막을 수 있는 소음이 절대 아닙니다. 창문 방음도 제대로 안됩니다. 샴푸를 제공하지 않고, 샤워부스의 물이 빠지지 않아서 물을 아주 약하게 틀어도 흘러넘칩니다. 샤워하면서 3-4번 정도 바닥에 물이 빠지길 서서 기다려야합니다. 키가 작은 동양인 여자에게도 화장실이 정말 좁습니다. 먼지가 많은지 계속 기침을하고 피부가 가려웠습니다. 먼지 알레르기가 있어서 계속 약을 먹어야했고 침대에 누우면 피부가 가려워서 너무 힘들었습니다. 조식을 주는 연계된 카페는 조금 일찍가서 오픈시간을 묻자 화를 내며 문을 닫았습니다. 덕분에 그 맛없고 불친절한 카페에 시간을 낭비하지않았습니다. 근처에 피렌체에서 유명하고 오래된 다른 카페를 경험할 수 있었습니다. 이 모든 경험으로 다시는 오고싶지않고 추천하지 않습니다.

창문은 정말 예쁘고 고풍스럽지만 소음 차단이 안됨

La ubicacion inmejorable, estas a pasos del duomo y la iglesia principal, ademas el cafe con el que trabaja Lady Luna esta justo en frente de la iglesia, y es riquisimo y muy amables todos. The room and location were amazing! A bit noisy at night but were able to sleep fine with ear plugs. The free breakfast spot is also lovely, right beside the duomo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent service and well located property.

Lady Luna is one of the best B&B we ever stayed. Great location, the bed is comfortable and very clean property. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast at L'Opera Caffe is amazing, they also offered 30% discount for lunch and dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We were able to check in early. Staff cleaned the room everyday. It was loud (they provided ear plugs) but in a fantastic location, just a block from the Duomo so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

The place was very good with location and room was clean. It’s a bit older but quaint. Had air conditioning a kettle. Next door coffee, pastry (Stilli Excellence) try the lemonade, it was fresh and so good. The place has an elevator. Once inside it had a few step ups but easily manageable with luggage. Breakfast is a 2 minute walk to a very nice cafe. We could have late, coffee, croissant, danish with an omelette and orange juice. The only con is at 10:00 PM church bells go off, and early Sunday. Noise is a factor but wasn’t a problem with us. Could ask for room on the backside.
