Location friendly!

Stellar location and decent room, worked perfect for the basics - shower and sleep! Location is hard to find at first but once you get it, it’s an easy walk to see the sights!

“The location of the hotel was good, but when you entered the lobby it had a bad smell. The elevator was very small and old, and inside the room there was a smell coming from the bathroom.”

It’s a hidden building - they have the 3rd floor with a handful of rooms. The room I had was old and falling apart - the bathroom and shower area you barely fit and I wore the slippers in the shower as I was not going to put my feet in there. The amenities are mediocre. The bed was like wood, left with pain on tight hip. This is at best 1 or 2 stars for location. I’ll never return or recommend.

The ONLY thing going about this place is its location. I can not believe the rating this property has. When you walk in it looks like its a dorm room from the 80's. Don't expect much. And to be honest I never leave reviews but wanted to be helpful for the next person who get's fooled by the rating this place has.

It was a bit unclear how to access the property in the building but once I did, all went well. Each staff member, including the night guard, were very kind and accommodating. After a long day of traveling that was a great gift!

Great location

Overall location is great! Minutes from everything. Check in was smooth, the lady up front was so sweet and friendly. Only complaint was the room had a weird sewer smell but slowly went away by day 2 but stil smelled it. Overall nice stay.

This property is nestled right behind Ponte Vecchio, but you would never know you are so close to one of the main areas of Florence. Staff were friendly, and the property came with free drinks which was awesome.
