Pietro and Simona was very welcoming and accommodating. The best were large and comfortable. The location of this hotel is incredible. It is right in the middle of the historic center but secluded enough to not be affected by the nightlife sounds in the street.

Perfect Location and Fantastic Stay. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring. It’s a little tricky to spot at first, but once we looked up a photo of what the front entrance looks like, we found it with no problem! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The front desk team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything about our stay was great. Excellent service, clean rooms, and an unbeatable location. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Love the location, down a quiet side street and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Elevator only handles one guest and luggage at a time but it was great when our room was up 5 flights of beautiful marble floors. Our third year in a row and we plan on going back next year.

Location location location. The building that the hotel is located in is a little run down. However office staff is very friendly and this is in the heart of Florence and it’s so easy to come back to freshen up throughout your day. Would stay again.

The hotel is very tiny and is located in a historical part of the city. You don’t expect many amenities and glad there was an elevator at all, which would be hard to expect in the old buildings. However, the staff was very helpful and provided all of the requested support including late check-in as well as they allowed us to keep our luggage there after the check out while we continued out tourist agenda. It’s within the walking distance to all of the tourist attractions in the city which is exactly what you need in Florence.

The hotel’s location can’t be beat. It is centrally located and easy to get to anywhere. Plenty of shops, restaurants and gelato near by. The hotel room was ok but the budget room was just that - budget. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was incredible and helped us out with a mistake we made. Simona was such a warm and amazing receptionist. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Stay here but not in the budget room
