Up until now, I have used various hotels when I traveled abroad, but there was no hotel in the same class that was so clean and the air conditioner and shower were in good condition. In particular, the staff's service was really friendly and polite, and they definitely made this trip good. Also, I will definitely choose your hotel again when I travel to Florence

Great!!!

Spacious room with excellent sheets and towels. While it doesn't have a TV, we really didn't need it. Very good Wi-Fi. The reception has a space with coffee, cookies, biscuits, and an electric kettle, available for free use 24 hours a day. The staff was very friendly. See you soon!

All the other 10/10 reviews are correct. A small and unassuming hotel, with stairs to climb, but with the most friendly, polite, and helpful of staff, clean and modern rooms, and perfectly placed to see the sights.

The hotel is well located but not in a trendy area. Our room was basic but very clean and the bed was comfy. Lots of steep stairs and too many floor level changes - like from bedroom to bathroom. The shower was very slippery so I wouldn’t get in it after being over served! Not ideal for seniors but we managed OK. The staff was lovely and helpful. If you want a good value, great AC and location give it a try.

Small hotel , close walk to Florence’s sights. Lovely reception staff. Room was good but very cold on arrival . There is building work next door so you can hear that noise But overall a pleasant stay

The receptionists were amazing!!! So sweet and so helpful! super eager to help us find cool things to do! They surprised us with a gift of sangiovese and truffle chocolates for my bday and anniversary with a handwritten note! they had free snacks and coffee and tea, and it was super cozy, we wished we could have stayed for longer

This is a hidden gem in Florence. Centrally located, close to the train station, lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. Very clean and well maintained property. Very friendly staff. Coffee machine, filtered water fountain and fruits and muchies were appreciated. Just make sure it is 45 in black number when you are looking for this place. Apparently, shops are in red number and the residential buildings are in black number. Google Map let me down. I would come back to this place.

As I leave Florence, I'm reflecting on my stay at Hotel Zanobi 45. The place has been restored and renovated respecting the age and architecture of the original building. Actually, they are still refining some last minute details. The place is clean, crisp, modern and traditional, cozy and fun. It's not a grandiose space, but It has the right mix of refined art, warm antiques and modern amenities. I loved how little pieces of mother earth are scattered as tiny surprises... You will meet amazing people. It felt like home... Thank you !

We arrived at late after night and there was no stuff there to serve you . The gate was locked. It was a rainy night. We ring the bell for about 10 to 15 minutes, A guest opened the door for us then we were able to make a phone call to get a code to access our room.

Very important: there is a long steep staircase to the reception and another long steep starcase to a room. You will need to haul your bag up two long flights. No elevator. Not a problem if it is a normal flight of stairs, but this is long and steep. Once we reached the reception, we were met with condescension not welcome. You don't have Whats App? We only send things through whats app. Once I installed, and I asked him to send the information, he said "I already sent it to you twice." There was no "welcome to Florence" or have a drink of water, it is 40 degrees Celsius outside." No hospitality. No kindness. It was the opposite of everything I have previously experienced in Florence. The next day, the person at the desk barely looked up from her phone to say hello. There were no other guests for the man or the woman to help--they were not busy. We just weren't worthy of acknowledgement. The hotel was clean and they had cold water at the reception. One long flight down from rooms. If you want civility or acknowledgement that you are a guest, look elsewhere.

The hotel was nice and cute. Our room was a nice size for three people. I liked how the bedroom had two closet spaces and a table. It’s nice how they offer refreshments and snacks. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. AC was plus. I will most likely stay here again. Thank you for having us.
