Great location. Hotel was nice and maintained. Rooms were spacious for a family of 3. Bathrooms were nice as well with a big window that I was able to see the plaza. Bed was comfortable. Bar was nice and outdoor seating was great as well. Will stay here again.

We spent one night in Florence and found this superb hotel. Located a 5 min walk from the train and right in the centre of the Piazza Novalla. The hotel felt very grand, with the room made for royalty. This was a treat for our trip. The hotel bar was a great place to grab drinks and relax. Restaurants are just a stones throw away. Would highly recommend staying here.

This place exceeded our expectations!! Wow what a truly beautiful hotel. The main part was gorgeous, just spectacular. The breakfast - amazing. We felt like royalty. We stayed in an annex apartment for more space for our family and WOW that was incredible. We even had a little balcony. It was beautiful and the bathrooms were incredible, the amenities were great. Gorgeous.

We just left this hotel and on our way to Amalfi I just had to leave this review. This hotel is a 10/10. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is amazing, the rooms are a good size. You are right in the center and in walking distance to everything. The train station is only steps away. It can’t get better than that. Loved it!

Very good hotel. Well located and convenient. Very good size rooms. Check in staff very helpful. The only negative thing was the breakfast staff that was distracted and talking loudly, not paying attention to the guests needs.

The room was always clean. The staff always willing to help with any doubts about the city or restaurants. We really enjoyed the hotel. The Napoleon room was very special for me, it is part of the bar. The hotel is close to many attractions and the train station is about 8 minutes walk away.
