Overall good hotel. The room was more westernized and modern (in my opinion), but I appreciated that. Small bathroom, but I recognize that’s the norm for most Italian stays, so I’m not complaining. Just want others to be aware. The area felt clean and I felt pretty safe. Staff for the most part were nice. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall, I have no complaints!

Love love this hotel

The desk receptionist was always helpful in recommending restaurants and also very helpful with taxi’s etc. the breakfast was fantastic and the staff working breakfast were great!

This hotel is a hidden gem and perfect for those traveling to Florence and doing the tourist "thing" in historic Florence. The hotel location is perfect; close to the train station (8 minute walk) and close to the Duomo (2 minute walk) and everything else you may want to see. In addition the staff was fantastic, especially want to make a shout out to Alessandra. She not only helped me perfect my Italian "Thank You", she offered her favorite local spots for dinner and gelato. Her friendly attitude each morning was refreshing and appreciated. Yes, our room was small, but being in Florence is not about staying in the hotel it is about being out and about and seeing the sights. Enjoy and you won't be disappointed if you stay here.

This hotel is in an excellent location in Florence. It’s five mins walk to the duomo and most all other tourist attractions. The area around the hotel is full of amazing restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is brilliant. Rooms spotless and nicely furnished. We were on fourth floor snd had a double room. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was limited but again very nice. Room the breakfast is in is stunning with a beautiful arch. Would highly recommend and is totally worth what you pay for it. Also recommend the bar across the street as well!

I enjoyed my stay at the Palazzo Benci very much. The staff were excellent and efficient without being obtrusive. Always willing to help. The room was perfect for my purposes and was clean and very comfortable. Most of the staff spoke English and so communication was not a problem. I would like to thank them all for making my stay so enjoyable.
