A great location 5 minutes from the Cathedral. The side road can give the appearance it’s a bit run down but don’t let this put you off. The area is very safe, easy to access and the guest house is beautiful inside. Really spacious rooms and the staff were so helpful and attentive. Made a coffee in the morning, offered spare water, help with bookings etc. A lovely space we would definitely stay here again.

Really nice small boutique hotel. Only 10 mins walk to Duomo. Well maintained and good ac. Really helpful staff who will give you a plenty of tips where to go and eat. Would come back. Also easy access from the airport with a tram.

My stay here was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel itself was walking distance to all the big attractions. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay and even helped schedule a taxi to take me to the airport making the trip so easy. Would definitely stay again.

I was in room number four a well appointed room the size of a jail cell At least I could come and go at will The real robot looked the street which was a bit noisy in the morning, the narrow street and the cacophony of sound was a bit much Darrio and Fortunatato we outstanding and extremely helpful in how to move about the city and provided a simple map which was great

Dario was a lovely + welcoming host! The hotel room was very nice, full of character and ours had an outdoor seating area. The space was very clean and easy to access. Location is slightly removed from the city center but allowed for relaxed sleep at the end of the day. A very good option for a reasonably priced stay if you are also picky like me!
