Hotel Monna Lisa is the best place to stay in Florence! The staff were amazing, the hotel itself is beautiful, our room was way more than we had hoped for, the breakfast was fabulous-simply put-we will not stay anywhere else in Florence during our next trip.

From the moment we stepped in, the staff was so amazing. The ambiance is exactly what you wish for in an Italian escape: courtyards, coziness, and a feel for the history. Not to mention the location was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at the Monna Lisa. Staff was extremely cordial, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the location is perfect. The breakfast was superb and the kitchen staff were awesome too. All in all, a great experience; highly recommended!!!
