The staff were extremely helpful from the moment we checked in. They helped us to navigate the city, store our luggage and later had it delivered to our room and drinks on the rooftop patio was very pleasant.

In reference to the hotel, you couldn’t ask for a better location The rooftop bar is beautiful. You have a great view. You can enjoy it the breakfast was great. The rooms are clean. It’s an older building so you’re gonna have to deal with a small bathroom but overall, the facilities is a good place to stay. We really enjoyed our four days there so any one that decides to come to Florence and stay there you will make a good choice . Santa Novela train station. It’s four minute walking distance so that’s a perfect location if you’re coming in by train.

We paid extra for a balcony, but we did not get much sun as it was North facing, but it was still worth it, but no curtesy screens. Room was a good size but the toilet was squeezed in and the toilet roll was behind you near the floor and ended up sitting in water on the floor. Reception were very efficient and helped getting us a taxi and posting a card for us.

​An absolutely fantastic stay! Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The unbeatable location made sightseeing easy, and we loved retreating to the truly huge rooms. This hotel was less than “okay”. It was a good location and the staff was very nice. But the rooms and overall building were not well maintained and were not clean. The water in the shower took FOREVER to get hot. If you’re simply just looking for a place to lay your head, this hotel will do. But if you are wanting more out of your stay, more comfort, amenities and a clean place, I would not recommend.
