Prezzo buono ma servizio deludente

Buono il prezzo ma non la qualità del servizio. La camera era abbastanza pulita ma sul soffitto c'erano delle ragnatele. Il letto confortevole ma con i cuscini troppo sottili. Il cambio degli asciugamani avviene ogni due giorni e, avendoli lasciati a terra il primo giorno, ce l'hanno riappesi senza cambiarli.

Good location, clean but simple. Not overly friendly at check-in and very strict on policies, but nice enough at check out. Note: there is no on-site parking. On street parking MAY be available, and there are some garages near-by but not very close but all require payment

The man who attended was very kind, the woman not so much. Room very spacious and very nice, the part of the shower maybe something narrow like the elevator. it is very located, very close to the train station, you can walk, it is a very quiet area, you can not find restaurant nearby. They allow you to store your luggage until it is checkin time. Your reservation may include, or not, breakfast, make sure.

Friendly, clean and basic.

The hotel occupies the upper floors of the building so there is a lift and stairs to reception. If you have mobility issues you may want to clarify if this hotel will be suitable. The hotel is on the basic side but everything is clean and the staff are very friendly. Our bed and bedding was comfortable and in good condition. We could hear some road noise but this was very limited and unless you are a very light sleeper I don't think this should be an issue. Our room did not have air conditioning but this wasn't a problem as temperatures were mild, again in the height of summer this may be an issue. There are no in-room tea or coffee making facilities and this could be a great improvement if the management is reading this. The shower generally was excellent, cubicle was very clean, lots of hot water and good flow rate. Did not eat at the hotel during our stay so cannot comment on the breakfast offering, I don't believe that other meals are catered for, so you are on your own in that regard. The Ponte Vecchio and historic quarter is about a 20-minute stroll along the river so not too far in nice weather but in rubbish weather, this may be an issue. Facilities nearby are fairly limited with a couple of nice restaurants and a supermarket. If you are looking for an affordable hotel that is clean, gets the basics right and you don't mind walking. This is a hotel worth considering.

Do not Stay !! no AC !! worst Manager!!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel last week of June. We realized after entering the room that there is no AC, really !! You call yourself a 3 start hotel !!! Don't even bother to mention in the room details that you don't have AC. It's horrible in the hot summer. Reason for not recommending this hotel - 1. Non AC - absolute no in the summertime. 2. Shower bath area is 1 and half ft by 1 and half ft. You cant take shower with doors closed. 3. We traveled by bus when needed to visit the historical places or to the station - just 5 min ride and 3 stops- but if you plan to return hotel late night or even 10ish in the night - the area is not feeling safe for the family. 4. The manager/business owner - rude, unfriendly. We had to do early check out at 7. The breakfast opens at 7.30 in the morning. When I requested to get a cup of coffee, he said he can't the coffee vending machine won't allow him to make a coffee before 7.30 AM !! like seriously !! Dude, you should get retired from your work and appoint someone professional.

Печально, что за такие деньги (90 евро у сутки) в Италии можно забронировать лишь весьма посредственные отели. Это проблема не отеля, а ценообразования в Италии в целом. Так что если сравнивать со стоимостью отелей в самам центре этот вполне себе цена-качество. Чисто, насекомых нет, но номера похожи на хостел за 15 евро :) Да еще и на самый верхний этаж нет лифта, а ведет узкая лестница. До центра 30 минут неспешным шагом.

Note negative: 1-Il termosifone in ghisa decisamente sottodimensionato per le misure della stanza. 2-La colazione, richiesta direttamente in struttura, assolutamente troppo costosa e qualitativamente quasi inaccettabile. Note positive: 1-il personale gentilissimo 2-la pulizia 3-l’asciugacapelli (finalmente uno di quelli che funziona davvero)in dotazione nel bagno 4-la posizione vicina a vari ristoranti e ad un supermercato

Bel posto.

Camera molto grande, bella e ben arredata, con parquet. Il letto, però, era un po' troppo piccolo con materasso piuttosto morbido. Bagno pulito, funzionale e con bidet. Abbiamo trovato un po' fastidiosa la serie di divieti affissi nella stanza, come quello che riguarda l'introduzione di alimenti. Mai capitato prima, in numerose strutture dove si è alloggiato. Dà un'impressione di eccessiva rigidità.

Albergo a 10 min dal centro.

Qualità prezzo ottimi. Albergo pulito e curato. Vicino a tutte le pricinapali cose da vedere. Stanza molto grande e pulita. L'unica pecca è che non si può ne mangiare ne fumare in stanza
