The hotel is gorgeous. You feel like you’re walking into a Tuscan villa, rather than a hotel in the city. Beautiful lobby with a bar. Rooms are very small, but with large bathrooms! Bed was comfortable and a king bed is a true king, not two twins pushed together (IYKYK). Very quiet and the rooms are pitch black all day if you are jet lagged. Staff was wonderful. Would def stay again!

Beautiful condition of hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location was cool but long walks into Florence center but okay to beat the congestion of the city center trade off. The area directly outside the hotel gate was very sketchy especially if you are traveling solo. Once in the very narrow entrance of the property, you feel safe.

This is an excellent hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was quite good. It is in a very quiet area so sleeping was easy, but it is still close enough to all the attractions and rests to be walkable. We definitely plan to be back.
