Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! The location is perfect, we were able to walk from train station and to all the amazing attractions Florence has to offer. When we first checked in, the woman who welcomed us was so kind and gave us many great tips on how to explore the city! The wine cellar was a fun experience as well! Overall a great stay, would recommend, the staff were excellent!
