The staff was helpful and kind, they offered to store our luggage until check in and then when it was check in time, they already had put the luggage in our room. The breakfast was very well stocked and tasty. The staff made recommendations of food places to eat at. They were very kind and attentive and the whole experience was enjoyable.

Excellent staff at all points, from check in, breakfast, house keeping. Room was warm, couldn’t cool any further than about 22C. Window opened, but we discovered mosquitos soon came in. It was quiet and bed was comfortable. There is an elevator, but our room was still down some stairs. Staff carried luggage to/from room and stored when needed. Excellent location, and again, the staff were outstanding. Would stay here again :)

Great Hotel,, Professional & Friendly Reception Staff,,Great Breakfast again with nice Friendly Staff attending your needs in Clean eating area.. Nice little court yard area to sit with coffee after eating,, Lovely room ,, all spotless,& we got one 2nd floor with beautiful view of the Pieassa below,, 5min walk to main attractions,, Just a shame they said they did not receive my room request for twin beds,, even though I have their reply in Hotel . Com messages that their house keeping team have been notified.. Big bed , they did least try with seperate single bedding,,,not to bad,,, our room with a view did compensate for this so not a big issue. Would highly recommend this Charming Hotel 👌👏👏

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast with delicious coffee and cappuccino and a bar w drinks in the evening. Staff was very friendly and extremely responsive. Our last morning we left for an early flight and they gave us bags of food with snacks for breakfast which was very thoughtful. I would recommend!
