This is a family owned and run hotel and they really made everyone feel at home. The property is beautiful and the rooms very large for Europe. We will stay there anytime we can and highly recommended it for anyone.

Easy check in with keyless entry to building and room. Despite other reviews, it’s easy and they send you a link with easy to follow instructions. Also we we created by staff after we opened the doors who explained amenities. Bar and small bistro. He also scheduled airport transfer for us for 15 euro fo family of four and 8 bags! Room was tidy, clean and well kept.

I have to say, after staying in some very luxurious places in Italy, the best air-conditioning and the best water pressure for a shower were at Hotel Franchi. My family and I joked about this, as it was really true! There is a lovely garden where we enjoyed a take-out lunch. The bartender gave us a fantastic restaurant recommendation only a 7-minute walk away (Bivio) which was delicious, fun and had a robust neighborhood vibe. We were only there 1 night, but it was a solid, positive experience!

The room was clean and it was simple. The staff were sooooo good to us. Our flight got in late and we got to our hotel at midnight. The concierge waited for us to arrive- that was so nice. The hotel is not walking distance from the airport. It is close! But you still have to take a taxi. Also, there is no airport shuttle. Even though we got there late, the hotel did not have a shuttle at all. There is a small little breakfast bar for morning coffee and small brekkie bites. Good option if it’s a quick stay!

I will stay here again. We are new to Italy. This is a perfect, night before flying, hotel. The staff is very helpful and speak English. We rented three single rooms, because we all needed a shower before our 4:30 shuttle. They have a beautiful comfy patio where we enjoyed dinner and a bottle of wine. They offered 6 menu dinner items. I had the Chicken. It was tender and yummy. The room has a kettle for tea or coffee in morning. We booked an early 4:15 shuttle for $15€ pp. It was punctual. We needed that. Thank you Francesco. Nice property !
