FYI Rooms are small but views are amazing! Staff are polite, accommodating, knowledgeable & very kind and helpful. The property’s very clean & tidy. Continental breakfast is typical Italian, delish! We’re planning to stay here again next year.

The hotel was easy to find, and perfectly central to the Piazza del Duomo. The room was as described, clean, comfortable, and the staff incredibly kind with a special mention to Stefano. I felt incredibly safe and comfortable on my own navigating to many nearby sites, and they were all very pleasant in assisting if if I had any questions.

Booked room for my parents and their friends. They were very happy with the stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location within walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants. Convenient enough for them to take mini breaks between the gallery visits and I heard there is great gelato within the hotel. Perfect for a hot summer day in Firenze.

Hotel is situated directly in front of the Duomo view. Location is great for getting out and walking the town. Breakfast is served and coffee is always available, but we left too early to have it in the morning . I did leave my hat in my room when we left, we’ll see if they send it
