This hotel is steps away from the train station and close to main attractions. The breakfast was excellent! They let us store our luggage after a check out so we could explore the city before our late train which was very helpful.

We had a great stay here. A great location close to the city centre (about 10 min walk) and the property was clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. A bonus was the free breakfast which had a typical European breakfast and self service coffee machines! We would definitely come back.

The location was great. Close to train. We stayed here 12 years ago and they definitely need to update rooms a little. Our desk area was falling apart. The breakfast was amazing and staff too! Would stay there again.

We were upgraded to a balcony room with a view of the city centre and main duomo, this room was quiet being at the other side of property not facing the main train station. Speaking of transportation, 3min walk when arriving by train and the tram is at your door. We walked the city easily from here. Room was good, bathroom small which is normal in Europe Great selection of breakfast options Staff were friendly and helpful

Excellent hotel. Close to the main terminal and in Florence everything is walking distance. The staff was Amazing and the breakfast included is a must. The only thing is that at night time it’s not safe to walk around that area

Location!! We took trains almost every day and this hotel is right across the street from the station. There was no noise from the trains or busy street while trying to sleep. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good every day. Hotel is clean and always felt safe late at night. Walkable to tourist spots and Oltrarno. It was a perfect choice for us!
