The hotel was everything I imagined. Anna at the front desk was amazing as was as all the staff but Anna went above and beyond to assist us! My son’s girlfriend lost her iPhone and she was very helpful in guiding us when we found it thru find a phone She made excellent recommendations for dinner as well. Location was fabulous as well! Would definitely stay again when back in Florence

The location of this hotel is superb, right on the Arno. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar. The staff were very helpful and assisted us with all our questions and needs. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we ever return to Florence.

While located right beside del Vecchio bridge in the busiest part of the city during a very hot week in June, the Hotel Degli Orafi was an oasis of cool and luxury. The breakfast had lots more options than a typical hotel breakfast. When I had an issue with the key to my room, the front desk staff was very responsive. The negroni I had at the rooftop bar was the best (although most expensive e by far) I had anywhere in Italy. And the avocado toast with smoked salmon made for a perfect light dinner.

Great location, steps from Ponte Vecchio, Il Duomo, and the shopping district. High quality staff and treatment. The room was terrific, roomy, elegant and relaxing. The lounge areas on each floor were comfortable and made it feel like home. Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had at a hotel. Highly recommend.
