Great property conveniently located. We had a family of four and booked the family suite, which included two floors connected by stairs with a king bed on each floor. Check in was easy and the breakfast served in the morning was very good with great service. Would recommend this property to anyone.

This is an amazing hotel! I've stayed at other properties over the years and this one by far is the best!! It's in the perfect location to see everything. The rooms are very nice. Their cleaning staff are wonderful. Everyone is so cheerful and helpful at the concierge desk. Breakfast is fantastic!! And the happy hour is over the top!! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel my next trip to Firenze!!!

Good breakfast options. Can be enhances with better quality bread (sourdough? Wholemeal?) limited egg options. But friendly staff made all the difference. On front desk Silvador, Patrick and Siddeeq were wonderful. And reliable. We came back to the hotel a second time due to the good nature of staff.

Loved our stay at Hotel De La Ville! Right in the center of Florence but super quiet,,best of both worlds. Easy walking distance from all main sites. Valet parking was super easy, and the service was top-notch. The place is elegant, cozy, and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!
