We enjoyed our stay in the hotel - it was clean and close enough to get to the Duomo and museums. The room was air-conditioned (bonus) and the breakfast was simple but quite delicious. The building and facilities were a little on the older side but it offered my family a room to accommodate 4 people and it was positive experience overall.

We had a good stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. The location was excellent. There were quite a lot of building works happening in the street but that is not something the hotel can control. A good stay thank you!

Weve been to paris,london,roma and this is the first time we got bigger room and we are happy about it.Euri and Juan has been a great help to us.Euri did help us to carry our luggages since the hotel doesnt have a lift.Best hotel in Europe so far.

The property is a little rundown, probably because of what Covid has done to small businesses like this the last few years. The woman at the front desk was amazing and so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Very helpful staff

The staff were very helpful and pleasant and I had a very comfortable room. I found the situation of the hotel very suitable for me. On the negative side the hotel is on the second floor but this involves 54 steps. The hotel is modest and probably could do with some refurbishment.

Great stay here for a few nights in Florence. We had a free upgrade when we arrived which included a private bathroom instead of shared. The lady couldn't of been more helpful and welcoming. Bathroom was modern and breakfast was adequate and had everything we needed. Coffee machine with options for hot chocolate and warm milk too! Would definitely stay here again when in Florence

I loved Mararita’s customer service.Always willing to help and very pleasant. The hotel needs to update the bathroom too small and falling apart. Besides that the location and breakfast was good. I’ll use this hotel again if the faculty gets an update.

Truly great staff. Run by the owner who is very personable. Breakfast is standard continental. Building is a little run down, and there are no elevators. You have to haul your luggage up three flights of stairs! It is just outside of ZTL, so one does *not* have to worry about that, and they have a parking garage about 5min walk away, again, outside ZTL.

Modest, Clean, Friendly

Highly personable and friendly staff! Rooms are clean though modest. It is on the third floor of a building that houses another hotel on the ground floor. The courtyard is only accessible to the other hotel. Great little breakfast. There is a city tax of 4.5 Euros per person per night, payable only in cash, which surprised us, but is apparently standard. It was the only time we needed cash on our trip.

It is located on the 2nd. floor. No elevator. Friendly staff. They allowed us to left our luggage on the hotel after check out. Breakfast has the basic: coffee, bread, cereal, ham & fruit. Near from Galleria dell'Accademia (15 min walk).

The apartment was not in the building announced. They sent us to another location. The outside looked terrible and the building in the inside too. It was very small. It was late and we didn't have a choice but to stay because it was not refundable.

The Propert is about a 20 minute walk from the Duomo. There is a bus stop at the end of the street that can connect you to any area in Florence. The room was spacious and clean with a working AC unit. The breakfast was good and plenty, and the staff was very helpful. It is worth mentioning that the property is run-down and needs major renovations. The hotel is in the third floor of a building, with over 50 stairs to climb to reach the entrance of the hotel.
