The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Make sure that you understand that the double rooms have completely separate bathrooms, accessible across the hallway. The bathroom is only yours, but it makes a difference.

We did not realize this was set in the “Chinatown” area. As we were looking for the Italian experience. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. The room itself had a smell to it and was hard to sleep. I feel bad for not a five star review, but if you’re looking for an Italian style experience and Hotel, this would not be the place. But if you don’t mind the area, then it might work for you, as it was reasonable. And right outside the alley was some very good shopping!

This is a great option to stay in the city center. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from train station and close to many monuments, including the duomo. Piazzale Michelangelo it’s about 25 minutes walk from here. Staff was kind, attentive and accommodating, from checking in to the breakfast. Recommended!

This was the friendliest, cleanest hotel I have stayed at in all my trips to Italy. When I come to Florence I will ALWAYS stay here. The front desk staff are kind and gave good directions and recommendations. Breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable.
