Outstanding location, staff, service, and price. The ideal location close to the train station and all other attractions in Florence. We stayed only a night, but staff graciously allowed us to leave our bags from the early morning of check-in day to the early evening of check-out day. Room was spacious with two separate rooms and GOOD AC. Highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is great - close to the train station, close to the central market, close to the main piazza, 6 minute walk to everything. Staff was helpful. Rooms were definitely dated a a little worn, but clean and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Make sure that you understand that the double rooms have completely separate bathrooms, accessible across the hallway. The bathroom is only yours, but it makes a difference.

The hotel location is good. It's convenient walking to the train station and the Duomo or Uffizi. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is very good. The room is small. The environment is very noisy. The noise could last until 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning. There were some drunk people in the hotel. I think this could be because of world cup.
