tub leaked, small room, staff was hit and miss. the breakfast lady was awesome, but some of the front desk were not not particularly helpful or friendly, dont get me wrong some were great, but the whole experience was muted by issues. ZTL around florence really complicated things. we tried going to Pitti Palace and a blocked road made that impossible without more walking then our crew could handle.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the Mercato Centrale. The room was a little dated and the shower was very tight but overall it was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Marco at the front desk who gave us some great suggestions for places to see and eat.

Mediocre hotel, the only one probably in Italy that serves a heartless filter coffee at breakfast. It ha s very noisy rooms, if you want to hear the whispered conversations of your neighbours, this is the place to be. The beds are comfortable though the matress is sheeted with a plastic wrap for diminished sleep comfort. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The location is close to the centre and conveniently close to the tram station.
