Great price. Great location. Son’s room only had a single sized bed. A bit small for his frame. Thought I’d booked two double bed rooms. Wifi in my room in the new wing non-existent. My room had a comfy double bed. Both rooms were cozy, clean, basic, quiet. Included breakfast was delicious.

Very noisy aircon preventing the possibility of sleep when it was on. The fridge didn’t work and there was no sink plug. Some of the reception staff were very rude. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good but these didn’t compensate for its failings.

This hotel was perfect for our 3 days in Florence. Great AC, very comfortable bed, great breakfast to help us get an early start to our days, and a beautiful rooftop bar for the ideal post-adventure nightcap. We will absolutely be back and recommending Hotel Cantoria to friends and family.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and rooftop patio was huge bonus. Breakfast was very nice as well. I feel badly for forgetting her name, but the bartender on the patio was great. We appreciated the mini fridge in the rooms as well. Overall, our stay was a good value with a convenient location, I would stay again.
