Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Florence Our stay in this centrally located Florence hotel was absolutely delightful. The staff went above and beyond—always warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the thoughtful touches, like complimentary water, fresh fruit, and fruit drinks available in the hallway throughout the day. The quality of the stay at the Brunelleschi is wonderful, from the first greetings by door and front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast and restaurant staff alike, everyone helped us feel well relaxed and easy. The room and general hotel appointments are lovely, but of course its people make the stay special.

The hotel really should be a 5 star hotel. We travel to Florence twice a year and could not be more impressed with this hidden gem. It is in a small private courtyard and a five minute walk to the Duomo. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean and the maid service is outstanding. There is a restaurant across the courtyard that we dined at twice even though we have friends that own restaurants in Firenze. We are accustomed to 5 star experiences with Ritz, Auberge, and Four Seasons and we gave this hotel a try because we were in a hurry, We got really lucky!

Hotel was great overall, and the staff was fantastic. But the room climate control did not work. It was very stuffy, so I had to open the window to sleep, which was very loud. Resulting in a poor night's sleep.

This property was incredible. Thankful to finally get rid of rental car with tricky driving situation on small city streets, and walk the amazing streets of Florence. Loved the breakfast, fresh squeezed juice, ample options for healthy eating. Rooms were perfect. Workout room very good. Service and staff very helpful and attentive. The location is perhaps the best you could ask for. Historic and awesome hotel. If we ever return we will definitely stay here again.
