Fabulous location, close to the train station and a short walk to all the attractions. Staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast. Enjoyed the past to the rooftop patio at their sister hotel as well. We really enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Palace.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a great spot close to many landmarks in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions and eager in giving instructions to the various sites we wanted to visit. I would stay again if I would go back to Florence.

This hotel was perfectly located near the train station which made it easy to reach the airport after our stay. The hotel was wonderful, spacious and clean. Our room had a loft bed which was perfect for my 15 year old son. The bathroom was very large and clean. I would say this was a great hotel for the price point and staff was very helpful in calling a cab, giving us info and helping with our luggage. The room had a great historic look which was perfect for our stay in Florence

Super kind staff! They kindly helped us bring our bags up to our room, which helped since my suitcase is over half my height so it's a struggle to go up stairs sometimes 😭 No complaints, I loved the location because it's a short walk to the train station but also surrounded by a bunch of shops and restaurants !

The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful and the room was large and clean. The only odd thing about the room we had was that it appeared to be in the building next door and connected in a very strange way... Our room was on the 2nd floor, but once we took the elevator up and walked down a long hallway, we then had to go down a flight of stairs to get to our room. There wasn't an elevator that went directly to our floor... So you either lug your luggage up or down a flight to find an elevator, when ready to check out. Not the most convenient, but it was a nice stay other than that.

I have been to Florence a few times but this was my first time staying at Hotel Atlantic Palace. I would be happy to stay here again! Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our whole stay (3 nights). The room was clean and perfect for my partner and I. The location of the hotel was great, too, less than 10 minute from the Santa Maria Novella train station and within walking distance to Duomo and museums. I would warn that if you are on the first floor to be mindful that there may be a window (though frosted) beside the toilet. For some this may be a non-issue, but at night, I would turn off the light to use the toilet because I was a little bit wary about people on the street seeing a figure on the toilet. Though, I never went to street level to see how visible it was.
