THE STAFF WAS GOOD. WE TALK, WHAT WE COULD BOTH UNDERSTAND, AND WE WERE GOOD. THE COMMUNICATION WAS A LITTLE TRYING BUT WE WERE OK. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE ROOM WAS JUST A ROOM. THE LOCATION WAS NEAR THE TRAIN STATION SO THE COMMUTE WAS NOT BAD.I ATE AT 1 SPOT SENZAONE I BELIEVE IT WAS CALLED.. THE STAFF SAID IT WAS GOOD, BUT IT WAS JUST OK TO ME. ALSO, BE CAREFUL OF THE SCOOTERS. YOU MIGHT GET RAN OVER BY ONE. HEAVILY POPULATED WITH SCOOTERS. NO PLACE TO PARK EITHER. FIND A SPOT GET IT BECAUSE IF YOU;RE LOOKING FOR A CLOSER SPOT, YOU MIGHT BE OUT OF LUCK.

Hice una búsqueda especifica de hoteles con parking incluido o gratuito en los alrededores y es completamente incierto lo q indican en la página, no solo es zona azul todo el alrededor si no que el parking del hotel es de pago, además el baño es de película de terror con una ducha que además de funcionar mal era de vergüenza sin zona separada del baño por lo q al ducharte mojabas absolutamente todo, el aire no calentaba apenas la habitación y hace un ruido infernal. No volveré ni de coña a ese hotel.

Buona la posizione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Forse gli orari della colazione sono un po' ristretti... Dalle 07.00 alle 09.30... può capitare qualche cliente alle 09.30 non si sia ancora pronto per la colazione (abbiamo soggiornato in periodo di vacanza). In ogni caso lo consiglierei per trascorrere alcuni giorni per visitare la splendida Firenze.

Da consigliare vivamente!

Esperienza in albergo molto positiva. Posizione ottimale per i trasporti, vicinanza all'Università, ecc. Personale sempre disponibile, pulizia ottima, camere e servizi più che buoni. Silenziose anche le camere che danno sulla strada. Colazione completa di tutto. Da consigliare vivamente anche e soprattutto per i costi bassi in relazione alla qualità della struttura.

Cómodo y limpio aunque muy destartalado.

Es lamentable que una ciudad como Florencia tenga hoteles tan pésimos. No cuidan para nada los detalles y los hoteles están muy destartalados, en general. En este caso, solo había dos enchufes detras del escritorio, uno de ellos para la tele y otro para la nevera. Teníamos que ir desenchufando cada vez para poder cargar el movil o conectar el ordenador portatil. Además dichos enchufes sin embellecedor y dados de sí. No me quedé con ellos en la mano de milagro !! En el baño ni un solo enchufe. A la habitación le hacía falta una manita de pintura. El desagüe de la ducha estaba en el centro del baño ( no existía plato de ducha ) pero la sorpresa fué grata porque no se nos inundó el baño en ninguna ocasión. Los aspectos positivos son la buena ubicación del hotel, a l lado del tranvía T2 ( pasa uno cada 2-3 minutos y hay un supermercado muy barato y enorme en la misma parada del tranvía) y el desayuno.

Internet sem sinal no quarto. Ar condicionado não funciona. Reclamei na recepção e disseram ser assim mesmo, pois tinha muito gente. Calor insuportável! Frigobar é enfeite, pois nem esfria água. Ventilador quebrado. Não recomendo!!!!

Mold, AC doesn’t work properly, worse than 1 Star

Walls are peeling and you can smell mold all the time. AC is working on about 27-28 C and beds are very very bad. Breakfast is basic, cleanliness must be better. Shower are so small that you can’t turn properly (approximately 70x70 cm or 28x28 inches). Overall score 0/10. It is a half star hotel.

Cornetto che passione

Ho scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza a luoghi di mio interesse. Mi è capitata una camera matrimoniale al primo piano che dava sulla strada. Purtroppo la rumorosità della strada si è fatta sentire, ma quello dell'odore dei cornetti infornati intorno alle 6.00 del mattino che penetra così forte in camera non me lo sarei aspettato. Della camera posso dire che l'arredamento era antiquato e scollato in più punti. Il telecomando della tv non funzionava a parte un paio di tasti. Il materasso un po duro e il cuscino molto sottile. Comunque in linea di massima gli darei un voto da 7 e mezzo.

L' hotel ha i suoi anni ma la pulizia é impeccabile, la colazione abbondante e soprattutto il personale gentilissimo e davvero molto disponibile (in particolare il giovane receptionist ci ha aiutato a risolvere un grosso problema personale!)...raccomandatissimo! The hotel is quite old but cleaning service is really perfect and above average, you can enjoy a rich and tasty breakfast, but overall Hotel staff is nice, welcoming, helpful...highly recommended!

Es barato, sábanas limpias, pero imagen decadente

Los he visto perores, pero debería ser un dos estrellas. Al llegar, da la sensación de sucio porque le hace falta una mano de pintura y los pasillos y baños están muy deteriorados, sin embargo las sábanas están limpias y las camas y almohadas son cómodas. Los muebles son clásicos, pro no están deteriorados. Las tres primeras noches tuvimos suerte porque nos tocó en la primera planta y hacia el lado del parking y a la terraza de los desayunos. En esa zona no se oyen ruidos. A la vuelta del viaje, teníamos reservada una noche más allí y nos tocó al otro lado y en la planta baja. Es tan bajo que la ventana da a ras del suelo y oyes todos los coches, ambulancias y a la gente pasar. El bufet del desayuno está bastante bien y el personal es muy amable y atento. Si vais, tened en mente que es del nivel de un dos estrellas, no de tres e intentad que os toque en la primera planta y en el lado de los números impares. Está retirado del centro. Nosotros tuvimos que coger siempre el bus, porque además íbamos con niños. Si pilláis los billetes en i tabacchi el precio es de un euro con algo, si lo cogéis en el bus es de dos euros.
