The staff was very helpful during problems with air travel,especially Gabriel...The hotel restaurant was wonderful..The area is very busy being so close to the train station(but convenient in that regard) but also within 2 blocks of great restaurants,the outdoor market and Santa Maria Novella(dont miss that!!)

This is an excellent hotel and would stay here again. The breakfast was excellent. Location was good. Unfortunately, we were there at the start of Spring and some days it was warm in the room, and the air-conditioning had not been turned on yet as some morning it was cool. They need a better temperature control system.
