I've stayed here twice and enjoy it very much. The close location to SMN station is very convenient. But it is still close to everything you want to see. Staff are always helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and the garden terrace is a lovely spot in the evenings. I travel solo a fair amount and have always felt safe here. Grazie mille!! Alla prossima!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully decorated with historical touches that perfectly reflect the charm and character of Florence. It was exceptionally clean, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the train station, the main historical attractions, museums, and many fantastic restaurants. Everything was so convenient that we were able to explore Florence on foot. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Florence. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so kind and accommodating. They booked us a cab to the airport and even packed us a to-go breakfast when we had to leave for the airport at 3:30 am. The food at breakfast was fabulous and we truly enjoyed our stay
