Breakfast was very good with many options. Busy street with many dining options close by but it’s also quiet inside. Hotel location is good as it’s close to many major attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was small but comfortable with nice bed and bedding. It's an old hotel built in an old tower, so there are many steps to get upstairs to the lobby and more to the rooms and breakfast area . It is very quiet for sleeping, the breakfast was very good and the facilities and amenities are all newer. It is a lovely older hotel.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff were friendly and it was open late for us to get checked in around midnight after a late flight which was super convenient. 6 minute walk in the morning to see Il Duomo. Be prepared for stairs, which we were, as there are quite a few of them - wouldn't be easy for people with mobility issues but we were fine and knew they were coming :) Room was very quiet, bed comfy, shower hot and everything clean. Was perfect for our one night stay in Florence!
