The front desk staff, on all shifts, was excellent in helping us store luggage, locate areas of the city to visit, arrange transportation to the airport, and otherwise plan a short one-night stay before we flew from Florence the next morning. Out of the "normal" touristy areas and there are several neighborhood-type restaurants in walking distance. All in all a very fine experience. Also very convenient to the airport.
