Made our quick trip to Florence very easy!

An easy walk with from the train station and very conveniently located among Florence’s most important sites. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was kind and friendly.

This place is literally in the shadow of the Duomo and everything seemed to be within a 5-10 minute walk. I really like how there was a front desk with very, very helpful, nice, accommodating people. The room was perfect for 3 adults and 1 teen. It felt much bigger than anticipated due to the high ceilings. The air conditioning was the best we had in all the places we stayed in Italy. I would stay here again when visiting Florence.

Overall stay was good. In a brilliant location, so close to the Duomo and only 10 mins walk from the train station. Room was a good size and clean, and had tea/coffee making facilities. However, it was not mentioned that there are no lifts, and we had to carry our suitcases up 82 steps to our room.

Great location - close walk to almost all the main sites. Friendly staff and clean rooms. 38 stair steps from street to lobby (no elevator lift). Then more steps to some rooms.Not for people that have a hard time with steps.

Great location, near everything. Good connections. Great restaurants near. Friendly staff. Only one thing that was a little bit annoying was, that the walls were thin and there was a little bit of noise. You could hear the church bells ringing every morning too.
