The location could not be more central to the major sights of Bologna. The property is extremely well maintained and appointed. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I would certainly recommend the property. For the drawbacks. Driving to and from the hotel is somewhat of a challenge, but the hotel makes it as easy as possible to navigate. The portico and street just outside the original main entrance needs to be cleaned and maintained.

Kudos!!! to the manager Antonio Remaschi My stay at the Baglioni was a very pleasant one ! I have to put this on record, the best shower pressure ever :-) truly a treat. I didn’t have a great start during my stay with some confusion regarding drinking water and a staff member ( a lady ) on the 5th floor reception sounding rude and almost dismissive of my concern. Hopefully this is looked into. However the floor manager was kind and resolved my issue. The breakfast was lavish and delightful! The complimentary wine was a special touch. I will definitely be coming back here !
