Walkable location to Florence museums. Superb local area guidance, assistance and restaurant recommendations from the host, Mateo. He and his assistant, David, were superb. Short walk from Firenze Campo di Marti train station to this B&B.

Very charming and clean B&B in the outside circle of the city. Quiet area. Very friendly owner & staff. A perfect way to be introduced to Florence. Talk to Matteo he gives you a great overview of the city and its history and great suggestions for non-touristy things to do and places to eat!

Great place to stay and perfect host!

Good little spot for a break in Firenze. The owner, Matteo, is very attentive and provided a very informative welcome on arrival. The room was spacious and spotless. The location is about a 25 minute walk into the centre (the Duomo area) and the route in is pleasant and straightforward. Being out of the city there is not noise disturbance to worry about.

Matteo is great! He has a wealth of knowledge about the Florence and takes the time to explain the area and sights not to miss. Room was large and comfortable. Loved that there was off street parking available (for a small fee). Breakfast was great too.

Amazing service by the staff. David helped us get settled and went through popular attractions with us. He even gave us a map with the staff's favorite restaurants and landmarks. We were also upgraded to the two-bedroom apartment which was very roomy. The kitchen pots and pans were not the most clean but the rest of the apartment was great. The breakfast food variety was limited but they have a communal table where we got to chat with other travelers. It was a great place to meet new people! The location was very good, as it is a 30-40 minute walk to the center of the city in a straight line. Many shops and restaurants around the area too which are less crowded. We loved our stay!

Matteo ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der viele tolle Tipps zu Essen und Aktivitäten in der Stadt hat. Wir waren in zwei der empfohlenen Restaurants und waren begeistert. Auch vorab war seine Kommunikation sehr gästeorientiert. Sein Mitarbeiter Davide ist ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Man darf kein all-inclusive Frühstücksbüffet erwarten, aber für den kleinen italienischen Hunger ist alles vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sicher und ruhiger, hat eingezäunte Parkmöglichkeiten und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß super erreichbar.

Perfeito para visitar Florença

Localização excelente, fora da zona de circulação limitada, com parque para deixar o carro e a uma boa distância para visitar a cidade a pé, apesar de ter bus para o centro a 200m caso estejam cansados. Quartos muito bonitos com móveis antigos, muito bem decorado, confortável e muito limpo. Excelentes no apoio, quer para chegar e fazer o check-in fora de horas, quer com dicas muito úteis sobre o que fazer e o que evitar na cidade! Bom pequeno-almoço. Ficamos com muita vontade de voltar!

Det var ett väldigt mysigt B&B, super trevlig personal och den bästa hjälpen du kan be om. Jag reste dessutom själv så jag kände mig väldigt omhändertagen. Top Lage

Sind wegen dem Conference league Spiel AC Fiorentina-FC Basel nach Florenz gefahren. Das Hotel Villa Landucci befindet sich an einer super Lage um Stadt und Spiel ( Stadion ) zu erreichen. Beides ist zu Fuss erreichbar die Innenstadt in 2 Km und das Stadion in ca.1 Km.

Excelente opção, quarto confortável, café da manhã ótimo pela qualidade e variedade, prestatividade e simpatia da Laura. Matteo nos recebeu com uma aula sobre a cidade e se disponibilizou a nos atender a qualquer momento que precisarmos. Isso foi um diferencial que nos deixou confortáveis a explorar a cidade.
