A good small hotel, perfect for both families and adults. The location is good (very quiet), with everything you need nearby and easy access to the main attractions (15-20 min walk). The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it a great choice for a short stay.

This is a small hotel, but kept very clean, modern and maintained. Right on the river, and an easy walk (10 min) to train station and other attractions. Do a nice job with breakfast, rooms are cleaned daily, and staff was excellent. Highly recommend. Rooms are small, but definately sufficient for what we needed.

Te hotel over all was fine. So was the staff, helpful with booking taxis, and finding good local restaurants to eat. We had two issues, the ac wasn’t on when we went in during a heat wave in July, and it never cooled down the whole room. No extra toilet paper on day, so I had to go buy.

Room was nice and big Very happy Bed comfortable This would have been five stars all around but the description that is soundproof is not accurate Breakfast starts at 7:30 am to 11 am You can hear every conversation and people were loud on certain days Could not sleep once breakfast started If you wake up early, you are ok If you sleep in after a very late nigh, we got a problem

Thanks a lot for the staff helped us to move up and down the luggage’s! The hotel was very clean, the sheets were in high quality materials and looked very new. The room was spacious with high ceilings. It felt very comfortable. The room was equipped with refrigerator and teapot.

The communication from the hotel before we even arrived was fantastic. We arrived early and could check in and leave our bag to explore the city. Whilst we were out had messages on WhatsApp with key codes to get in later. On arrival we found we had been given an upgrade and a lovely bottle of chianti in our spotlessly clean and spacious room. The shower is a great rain shower with plenty of hot water, i could have stood under for hours. After a fab night out we returned to a very comfortably bed and didn't hear a thing all night. Breakfast was served just a few feet away from the room and was a delicious array of pastries, cereals and sweet things with yoghurts and fruit all washed down with great coffee. I'm ashamed i didn't get the lovely man on receptions name but he is an absolute credit. Without a doubt the nicest experience in a hotel I've ever had. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel is an excellent one to stay at when on Florence. It is conveniently located to walk to local sites. Shopping is nearby and lots of restaurants. It is in a safe area and parking is available nearby.

Front desk was great !. The room was clean and had an AC. Walking up 5 flights of steps was the only thing I would say was not ideal...other than that place was very nice !
