The hotel was in a great location for both my wife and I to get around the city. The staff at the hotel was also incredibly caring and helpful whenever we needed it. They wrote us a sweet card for our honeymoon and gave us some great gelato recommendations. I would encourage people to give this place a try when visiting Florence.
