Everything was really good. Rooms are small but you know that beforehand so not sure why people complain about it. Really close to main places in Florence. The staff are so nice and kind. Delicious breakfast!

This hotel was nice. The rooms were pretty standard, but we had a really strange smell in our that never left! The stuff were all so kind when we checked in the man gave us all the information a map and a bottle of water each! There is nothing wrong with this place. It’s not too far from the centre but there are not a lot of places to eat nearby

Unfortunately had the worst bed, a double that was 2 little singles side by side, so when you rolled over you spread them apart and into the crack. Back still hurts. Bed bugs wit bites that still are itching, hand's, arms, back.

First off, you get what you pay for. I knew that going in. The pros were that the place was clean and had a modernized bathroom. The cons: the room was tiny and the walls super thin. I could hear everything going on at all times. The room was also hot with nothing to do about it. I slept horribly. I would find better and pay more to get better sleep. You will need it.

Checked in, the only hotel that insisted on cash payment for city tax. Had two filghts of stairs to climb to the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. No assistance offered. "Double" bed hard against the wall, impossible to get out of if you were against the wall. No safe, no drinks facities, no hotel bar. Other rooms had bunk beds. Found somwhere else to stay and checked out. Managed to get the city tax back but that's all. Disgraceful, should no be on your books.

I feel like the hotel was a glorified hostil. It felt the goal was to get as many rooms into the space as possible. If youre not spending much time in the room, then its not a problem. The was clean which was great. But there was alot of construction going on during the day. No doubt adding more rooms. The breakfast was fine. The gentleman that checked us in, Omar was wonderful. Very informative and kind.

My room is spacious with two beds, one is a queen bed (or bigger) and a single bed and new bathroom. Budget friendly for young aldults with free breakfast every day. I may get noisy at time since dinner time in Florence start from 8pm but it gets quiet after midnight. Steps away from tram and about 15 minutes walk to the Duomo. A lot of shops and cafes around. Fun and convenient area to be. I wish the room had ook(s) in the bathroom.

Good for 1-2 days stay

Excellent location, 15 minutes to Ufizzi. Parking 50 m (€30 daily), good staff, good breakfast. Worth of money!
