Exceptional staff and accommodation; very happy with everything and will definitely return to Florence and Old Bridge. Room was perfect, buffett was varied with an outstanding selection of great food and cappuccinos or espressos at your request. Great location and easy walking distance to all the main sites. The location is perfect. We had to check in at another hotel right in front of this one, but the staff were very nice and explained everything we needed. I saw some reviews saying the room was old and smelled weird, but I didn’t experience any inconveniences at all. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning every day, and I really appreciated her work.

I did not realize that this hotel is combined with another hotel. Although this isnt a true hotel, the few rooms are located across the street in another building. The building itself is nice, front door is secure and good location. However, the entry to the room hallway smelt damp. The room was cleaned but it is dated and needs upgrading. The bathroom was very cramped and the toilet seat was loose. Aside from that, the staff are very nice and helpful. The main hotel roof and breakfast is lovely and would recommend.

The hotel is PERFECTLY situated near the Ponte Vecchio bridge, in the old quarter a block from the Petti Palace. Checking in is a little wonky because you go to the hotel across the street and they give you the keys to the airbnb across the street. But you have all of the amenities of the hotel (including access to the breakfast and roof deck). The AC was fantastic, which was a life saver during the 100 degree heatwave. And when our flight out of Florence was cancelled at midnight, the young man at the front desk worked for an hour to help me come up with a solution for getting to Rome in time for our flight home. I would 100% recommend.

Room was clean every day. Great staff. What they don’t tell you is that you have to walk across the street to Scalleta Hotel for your staff and your breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. Variety of food you can’t go wrong. Location was perfect it’s a block away from the river. 2 blocks in and all the historic buildings are at reach. Million of places to eat. You can walk around all day and night and never have to leave the area. Love Florence will be back
