I loved this guest house! It has all the amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The room was spacious, with a dining table for added convenience. The location is excellent, with all major tourist spots within walking distance. Highly recommended!

We loved Firenze rentals and would stay again. Perfect four our family of four. Parking was fairly close by in parking garage and was very expensive but location was central and perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, great location and we loved the washing machine. The location was the best, a few steps to Ponte Vecchio bridge, the museums, restaurants, shopping and the train station within 10 minutes. We loved that they automatically sent us dinner, coffee shop and cafe recommendations and included many times discounts at the locations. Great communications and quick responses. The beds were comfortable, the refrigerator was big and there was everything we needed.

We loved our stay in our mini apartment. Communication exellent, it was our first time in Italy and host were attentive and had someone waiting for us to arrive. Someone always picked up the phone and helped us wiht any question. It was central location, 5 minutes to Uffizi gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Close to shopping area, really outside your door. Food market about 10 minutes. Very central. King bed comfortable, sofa bed good. Minor, we tried to use stove but could not. Possibly because we had 2 air conditioners on. However coffe maker and kettle work just fine. Fridge is good. only negative is mosquitos. Do not open window theres no mesh and they come in. We would rent again. Right next to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Prime location with lots of restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to every attraction. Lovely unit with well equipped kitchen and laundry amenity. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Their map provides discounted restaurants, and we tried few, and they're all very good, and we were given discount just by showing the map. The only draw back is it's a bit noisy at night. I would like to book their units again if I go back to Firenze.

Perfect for a Couple!

Our Florence trip was amazing, our room served its purpose and wasn’t a hindrance in any way. Our host helped out to find the location which was a bit tricky, but once we got it once it was all easy from there. Perfectly located. Very clean. Cute little place perfect for two. Thank you so much for making our trip memorable.

Great accommodations

We rented a studio that was well-appointed, with a nice kitchen, queen bed and a sleeper sofa. More than we needed and we did not cook at all, but the kitchen was so nice it was a bit of a shame! We felt like locals coming out of our apartment each day, and it was so nice to end the day in such roomy accommodations. I would love to come back and stay awhile here and really enjoy the place!

This property is more beautiful in person than in pictures! We absolutely loved this property! It was central to everything! The duomo was less than a 2 minute walk away and could be completely seen from 2 of the 3 bedrooms providing this surreal view during the day and especially at night. It was so close! We loved that! All the best places to eat in Florence were no more than a 7 minute walk. The property was clean and updated but still had that old Italian charm. We would definitely stay at this property, again, when we return to Firenze!

This was an amazing apartment close to everything and very well proportioned. The communication with management was excellent and location, the best. HOWEVER, the noise from the outside bars and restaurants carry and the party goes on till 2-3 am. While we were able to sleep it is not for the lite sleeper specially the front bedroom. I woke up several times during the night and the party was still going on outside. The good part to this, you can party within 10-15 yards of the apt: Overall, I would recommend this place on via Palmieri for the excellent location.

City center

The property was older which meant you can clearly hear all outside sounds. Pretty sure there was a restaurant under usas late at night you could hear the trash being taken out. You could also hear talking until early in the morning. Having said that if you want to be where everything is happening then this is the place. You go out the front door make a left and the famous bridge is a block and a half away if you go right then right again you are in a famous square with lots is statues. Overall I loved the location
