Love this place, came back twice. Literally had all you need . The shuttle downtown is amazing, exploring with families can be chaotic this helped. The pool gets a bit crowded during peak season but still worth a visit.

The accommodation is very good value for money. Nice facilities. The food in the restaurant is excellent and at a very reasonable price. Just one small complaint. We arrived in a torrential downpour, but had to wander around the site in the dark looking for our chalet. I thought a little buggy to help travellers would be a good idea.

It took awhile for staff to find our reservation through Expedia, we weren’t sure if it even existed on their end.. It’s about an hour walk to the city center, but bus, bike, taxi options are available. The staff were rude when we struggled to buy smokes from the machine in reception (if you don’t have European ID, good luck!). Our porch light didn’t work in our glamp tent and it wasn’t the best quality but amenities make it worth it- shops, restaurant, pool/jacuzzi, laundry, etc., though it doesn’t seem the pool is open in early September.

This is a well maintained, efficient, clean and family friendly site. Don’t be put off by its size, the facilities are excellent with 3 large pools catering for all ages. There is an excellent restaurant doing breakfast, lunch and dinner - the food is beautiful. Well stocked shop, laundry facilities and poolside bar. Campsite bus into Florence and train station nearby. We come back every year

When I booked it, I didn’t realize it was a campground, so it was a surprise when we arrived. It was a wonderful surprise for my tired children after walking all day in Rome, and enjoyed being able to go swimming. I felt absolutely safe letting my children walk down and play at the playground and wander around. If we could stay longer than one night we totally would. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially for families with children. I will come back if we are ever back in Florence.

We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent.

The deluxe bungalow was great! Similar in size to a large hotel room with comfy beds. It was cold in March after the sun set, so we were glad the heating worked. We often got our breakfast at the market and ate dinner at the restaurant on site or got takeout. The laundromat worked fine for our needs, but after only 1 cycle in the dryer, our clothes were still a bit damp, so we air dryer them in our room. The staff were great and check-in/out were quick and easy.

We opted for this rather than a hotel. It was cheaper and there was a bus directly to the center where all the shops are. The restaurant food was delicious. Only down side was that many of the drying machines were down at the time we were there. Made laundry more of a struggle then it had to be. Beside that everything was nice and beautiful!
