I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. It is not far from several bus stops and easy for the taxi or Uber Black to find. Highly recommend this place.

Staff was super nice! The amenities were great and would 100% stay there again. It was a great off the beaten path experience and about a 20 minute walk to all of the touristy things. Highly recommend if trying to get away from it all.

Inconvenient might sum it up. Check-in is cumbersome as the instructions were not clear or better, it wasn't clear that the main hotel was about 5 minutes away and where it was. Not a hardship but a map would have worked. Also having to walk back and forth with baggage in the rain didn’t enlighten our mood. Service was non-existent and cleaning was only provided after complaining to the hotel staff. The room was rather large with a comfortable double bed, but it being a loft structure with no bath/toilet close to the main bedroom rather inconvenient sticking to the theme! We knew it was a little bit outside of the main drag, but it is definitely not a hopping area of town and rather dreadful. Not ideal if you prefer walking or have small kids. To summarize INCONVENIENT

We did not stay in the guesthouse as there was an issue and we were moved to the hotel instead. However, this was perfectly fine and we enjoyed our stay! Everything was great.
