Their dedication went above and beyond expectations, and the warmth and attentiveness of each individual made me eager to return. The breakfast was amazing and had lots of great options to choose from. They had a good selection of Gluten Free products. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive. The bar was great, Not big but a good size. The rooms were clean and cozy. The hallways need a little upgrading. I liked that hotel was not near the main square. Less crowded area. Differently would return.

Muy buen hotel. Habitaciones nuevas y muy cómodas. Muy buen restaurante, bar y tienen un servicio de transporte que te lleva y trae al centro. Muy puntual. Además por autobús se llega al centro fácilmente. Atrás del hotel, caminando hay 2 restaurantes excelentes y muy accesibles. Es una muy buena opción para alojarte si quieres estar en un ambiente más tranquilo que el centro de la ciudad pero bien comunicado.

Hotel é bem limpo e o atendimento bem agil e cordial. Fica longe do centro..andando uns 20/25 minutos. Não há muito comercio ou restaurantes proximos. Quarto com banheiro extremamente pequeno(frente rio Arno).
