This was a last minute find and so so happy with the hospitality we received from Leonardo We felt like we were staying in a castle. Located so close to Ponte Vecchio. Quiet nights sleep. They had wine at 7 for everyone , breakfast in the morning and tea time in the afternoon. Would stay here again

We stayed in two different rooms at the beginning and end of our trip - we liked one more than the other but that is part of the unique aspects of a boutique hotel in an old building in Florence. Staff is friendly and helpful (Leonardo!), breakfast was very good and it's a prime location to walk to everything in Florence.

Had a wonderful two night stay in Florence 😊 Room was perfect for one person and had everything I needed. Lovely breakfast and particularly enjoyed the happy hour. We had a brilliant time at the Davanzita. The hotel was refurbished earlier this year so our room was very well appointed and fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to visit, dine, etc. They started having a Happy Hour so their clients could have a chat and discuss what they had done during the day, giving ideas to other people now other hotels have taken this on-board. Their breakfasts were absolutely lovely too. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would readily go there again.

This hotel was so cute and location was awesome! The street has shopping and a short walk from the train station. Leonardo at the front desk amazing and helpful! The breakfast was great and staff was friendly. Our room had an open window to the front street and it was fun to open it and people watch. I would stay here again.
