The hotel staff and services went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food and service at happy hour and breakfast were amazing! The room bed was a little worn but overall an amazing experience. We would definitely go back!

Location is great but if you have a car, reaching the hotel and leaving the car to the valet (which is nearly a must) while unloading luggage is quite tricky as the road in front is narrow and you'll probably block traffic. Other than that, location is great, staff is friendly and breakfast was good

Great hotel!

No getting around that first flight of stairs, but the hotel is worth it! Very clean & beautiful. The staff goes above & beyond! The happy hours & breakfasts are excellent & there’s a wonderful restaurant right across the street. I loved this place!

We stayed in two different rooms at the beginning and end of our trip - we liked one more than the other but that is part of the unique aspects of a boutique hotel in an old building in Florence. Staff is friendly and helpful (Leonardo!), breakfast was very good and it's a prime location to walk to everything in Florence.

Had a wonderful two night stay in Florence 😊 Room was perfect for one person and had everything I needed. Lovely breakfast and particularly enjoyed the happy hour. Very nice property, great breakfast, happy hour, and staff. However it was very loud. There are a lot of bars and a club nearby. You could hear people outside until about 3am.
