Nice and clean hotel , the staff very friendly and helpful. But the location is not the best, public transportation is not easy to access, it’s better with a car and most of florence is a ZTL zone

Everything about this hotel was great - highly recommend/ what it is not is a traditional beautiful hotel with exceptional architecture in the middle of Florence- I was driving and it was the perfect location as the hotel also has parking included and an easy 12-15 minute drive to the center of Florence.

Spacious room junior suite. Nice to have option of 2 swimming pools Unfortunately spa facilities not available when we stayed in July 2026. Looks like opened recently so still scaling up. Overall staff friendly and helpful. It is around 20-25 mins from Florence centre costs around 30eiroa each way but faorly easy to get can from main stn and a few taxi ranks in centre . Worth staying to save on monies compared to city hotels

The hotel is clean, but the majority staff needs to be hospitable. Only a few of the staff are nice. The clean and inviting hotel ruined by the almost hustle staff. They over charge me on the shuttle service too. The place is not recommendable.

The hotel is just off a main road, very easy to drive to from the airport. There is parking onsite which is free. It's a good stopover if you don't need to go into Florence city centre and are driving onto elsewhere in Tuscany. Very much a business hotel. The interior of the hotel was modern and artistic. Rooms were very clean. The king bed is super comfortable. The bath is can be difficult to get in and out of as the glass comes out a lot and where you step into the bathtub is slanted so it can be dangerous, especially when wet! We expected the water to be restocked everyday after room cleaning but this was not the case however.

Lovely brand new hotel couldn’t fault a thing - easy to get to from the main motorways arrived very late Friday early hours sat morning the chap on reception was super nice and very friendly . Swimming pool outside will be lovely in the summer to cold in January . Recommend this hotel .

Very modern clean complex, rooms were excellent in presentation,but lighting in room I found confusing knowing where to switch on and off. Bath height for me was to high to hurdle not sure how most will get into shower without slipping probably needs a step but then slipping would be an issue. To far out of town for me 2 nights and taxi x 4 trips 150 euro then this morning when i got dropped in I saw the guy who checked me out and gave me Taxi name and number was there in a Radisson Blu vehicle dropping off people, when I was Told best was taxi ????

Beautiful modern hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool. Air conditioning and huge room. However, property was 30 minutes out of town requiring transportation. Hotel offered shuttle for 10 euros/person, but only ran at scheduled times ending at 8:45pm. Taxi were $30-40 per trip. Onsite bar also closed early. Recommend paying more to stay in town to avoid transportation costs. If want a shuttle from train station, must book ahead of time. We waited 75 minutes for a shuttle once we arrived at train station since we didn't know we had to reserve ahead of time.

Hotel is new and room is big. We had junior suite which is comfortable for 3 pax with a single sofa bad. Hotel is right off the tollway and served our purpose as we did not want to drive into Florence ZTL zone. Breakfast had a good spread. Will recommend this hotel if you do not wish to drive into Florence.

First, we arrived, the room and pool were wonderful. Then when we arrived back to the room after leaving for dinner there was a small lizard, we went to the desk nothing was done, so we named it and shared our room with the lizard. We asked for amenities, starting around twelve, some tea, milk for it, some hot chocolate. We ordered again after hours went by no delivery, and nothing was delivered. We tried to call the front desk, and it did not work. So we went down, we asked for packets/ capsules, they said they didnt have them at all, it was explained we used them in the room, so we were sent to the bar, the bar staff didnt have them either, so we went back to the desk, the desk said the bar would make them for us, the bar asked us to pay, we said we just wanted the packets, they gave us a drink complementary, and we left. It was a game of back and forth. And was told the lizard had nothing to do with the stay. The pool was great though free

We stayed on a family room for 4 (2adults + 2 kids above 10) and found the original room offered small for 2 extra beds as the second bed couldnt fit properly. We offered an upgrade to a better room were we could for in and we were very happy. It is a very nice hotel inside, very clean, good amenities, lovely spa/swimming pools (there is a fee to use), game rooms for kids. We loved the interior design of the room and restaurants and lobby, lovely modern design. We used our car to arrive at hotel, so not sure how public transport works for access. There was not much to discover around the hotel.

Great hotel very clean and great amenities. Staff super helpful and welcoming. Only challenge is location bit further outside city centre than anticipated and taxis can be expensive. The hotel do offer shuttle buses at much cheaper cost so if your schedule allows use those.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was especially spotless and well maintained. The continental breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Most of all, the staff was outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
