We stayed 3 nights and our entire stay was wonderful. We ate breakfast every morning and it was consistently well stocked and delicious, with many options. We used the spa amenities as well and we had the entire area to ourselves! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall, this was definitely a great experience and we would recommend this stay to couples looking for a good location in the center of Florence with free breakfast and a boutique hotel feel.

This property had everything we needed for our stay in a fantastic location in the heart of Florence. Our room had plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. There was just one thing: I bumped my head on a square piece of furniture sticking out over the luggage spot in the entrance hall. This could be reshaped or removed for the future. Very Kind staff! Excellent value! I would definitely come back to this property.

We were staying in a junior suite and were so impressed by the amount of space, the huge balcony, the decor, the beautiful swimming pool, the breakfast every morning, the lovely staff throughout and the location was so handy for everything we wanted to go visit! It’s a great location. Just a 6 minute walk to the Duomo and plenty of food to eat around. We really liked the convenience of the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We did decide to book because of the spa. Bear in mind, you do need to make reservations in advance for it, which is not an issue, but something nice to know. The spa is the heated pool and sauna. We didn’t use the gym. We found the bed a little bit uncomfortable and hard and the pillows were not that firm for our preference. The floors sometimes felt a bit sticky. However, overall, it was fine because we spent a lot of time outside.
