The rooms were bigger than typical European / Italian hotels. Had a living room area and small kitchen area with small refrigerator cook top and coffee maker. The hotel has a spa with heating soaking pool and a sanua. The location is excellent, walkable to shopping dinning and the Domo. Staff was super friendly. Wouldnt stay anywhere else while visiting Florence.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring Florence. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. A special shout-out to May at the reception for her exceptional service. She was always welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Her recommendations and assistance made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

A amazing Boutique hotel right in the middle of everything Florence. Walking distance to all the main attractions if that what you are planning, and also walking distance to restaurants, shopping and if you are adventurous, across the bridge to the less tourist-y local restaurants and shops. We stayed 3 nights and our entire stay was wonderful. We ate breakfast every morning and it was consistently well stocked and delicious, with many options. We used the spa amenities as well and we had the entire area to ourselves! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall, this was definitely a great experience and we would recommend this stay to couples looking for a good location in the center of Florence with free breakfast and a boutique hotel feel.
