The air-conditioning was perfect, it was very quiet there and the room was spotless. The staff was so helpful to me in finding a restaurant and reserving a taxi. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. What a joy to stay there!

This is the best place to stay in Florence. Easy walking distants to all the major sites. Only a 15 minute week from the train station. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was wonderfull.

The whole place is a museum very nice place!!! The rooms do have air conditioning which helped a lot with the hot weather outside, the common areas are hot though, there is no TV in the rooms, but in common areas, thus a bit hot to watch a game There is plenty of stores and places to eat without the crowds… Close walk to the main plaza.

No fridge in the room and poor A/C. Hotel staff did accommodate with a second fan, but the heat was very uncomfortable to stay. Beds were small. Hotel is an old monastery. 24/7 Staff provided on the go breakfast and called taxi to depart for us.

Perfect spot in Florence, I’d definitely would be back here! We were a group of 5 ladies ranging from 18-70 with 8 luggages. We reserved a large room with 5 beds and had our own bathroom with 2 sinks. The architecture of the building, cleanliness, and hospitality was all perfect! They had complimentary breakfast in the morning. Its located in front of a little plaza with wonderful restaurants surrounding the area. Although it was a 15 walk from train station, I highly suggest taking an uber to the location as the streets are narrow and all cobblestone. We would be all back here for than 1 night.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed at this beautiful property. It is located out of the main hustle of the historical center so is quiet at night, but it is only a few minutes walk to so many wonderful places. We never got a taxi and were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. The restaurants nearby are amazing. We enjoyed eating gelato in the main piazza or in the hotel's excellently maintained garden, and felt perfectly safe in this area. We all enjoyed the included breakfast options. Our room was cleaned daily by a wonderful staff. The windows and doors closed properly allowing our room AC to maintain a comfortable temperature. I would certainly stay here again!

We had a great stay! The bus stop is a 6 min-walk to the hotel, and the location is amazing - we walked to all the main attractions in Florence. The check in process was easy and our room was very spacious. The hotel is beautiful and you feel like you're in a historical place. Breakfast was really good and had a variety of options to choose from. We had our luggage stored for a couple of hours after our check out.
