The location of this unit is very convenient and close to many museums, the Duomo, etc. The AC worked which was great after the hot day we had walking around. The washer and dryer worked as well which were helpful as we were a week into our trip. The only downside is a manhole cover or grate outside the master bedroom that is loud when cars drive over it. But that’s the city for you. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This apartment was amazing. Two large bedrooms and two baths. It was perfect for our stay. The washer and drier made packing light so incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great condition. The location was an easy walk to/from the train station and extremely close to restaurants, shops, and the Mercato Centrale. We would absolutely stay here the next time we come to Florence.

The location and the size! Very spacious! The only negative is there are no paper towels or napkins and to type of cups. Theyhave many ways to make coffee and tea but nothing to drink it out of.

Cannot fault location - 7 min walk from station and on the doorstep is lots of restaurants and the market. Short walk to the main attractions. Cleaning could have been better as could see lots of dust piles. Laundry was good - washing machine and dryer.

Good location near to the central market (many food choices) and fairly near to the train station and key v attractions such as Accademia, Cathedral and Uffizi. Has a lift from ground floor to the apartment on the first floor. Hence no need to luggm suitcases up and down flights of stairs.

Nice property in a great location in Florence. Property has a vintage charm to it. I liked the high ceilings with exposed beams. Kitchen was modern and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. A extra pillow would be nice to have. One of the showers was tiny. It would be nice to have a shelf to put shampoo and soap in the shower. As small as it is, it is very difficult to reach for those from the floor. It would also be nice to have a towel bar to hang bath towels, and a washcloth.

The location was great for exploring Florence and close enough to walk from the central train station. The apartment was nice and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The power to the unit is a bit fragile and I would suggest not using the toaster as it will consistently knock power out to the unit. This happened to us and the resulting delays caused us to miss an expensive full day tour of Tuscany, our main activity planned for the trip. It took us 3 hrs to finally get instructions on how to reset the various breakers in the apartment and at the front of the building. Suggestions provided to the host were to either remove the toaster from the unit or to better document how to resolve the inevitable power issues.

You absolutely cannot beat the location, it is walking distance to most of the major sights and to the train station. There's plenty of food options around as well. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were wonderful too! While general sitting space is limited due to the size of the apartment, we didn't have an issue with this, most nights, we sat around the table just chatting about our day. We also ran one small laundry load with no issues at all. The outdoor temps were well over 95° while we were there, the AC did struggle a bit to keep the home cool but we found a small table fan and made due with it. It's also on a somewhat busy street and sometimes the noise is very noticeable but again, we personally were not bothered by it. We would gladly stay here again!

This apartment is located in the middle of Florence, which is convenient for us to travel by walking. It was not easy to find from the beginning because we were not familiar with the layout of those surrounding streets. Fortunately, the google map helped us find it. The staff (Mr. Aldoni) helped the check - in process easily. It is recommended to have WhatsApp ready for better communication with the host (Mr. Aldoni). This apartment is good for our family of 4 people. Having kitchen, air-conditioner, cloth washer and dryer helped us a lot. Overall, we had a good time staying there.

Im Grunde ist alles wie beschrieben. Aber die Bilder sind sehr gut fotografiert und spiegeln eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zum wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist eher ungemütlich, ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Alles sehr einfach und günstig. Z. B. eine sehr laute Klimaanlage, die dringend gereinigt werden muss. Mit dem Auto nur sehr schwer und mit viel Stress zu erreichen. Etwas mehr Unterstützung wäre hilfreich gewesen. Z. B. die Info dass einer der kleinen Gassen gesperrt ist, was das Navi nicht kennt. Statt dessen bekommt man einen genervten Anruf zum Check-In, da wir in Folge 20 Minuten nach der vereinbarten Zeit da waren. Lage ist aber sehr gut. Alles schnell erreichbar.

Está bien ubicado, a persona que nos hizo el checkin fue maravillosa, las camas, almohadas y toallas muy bien, los baños y limpieza bien, aunque la electricidad algo débil, si se utiliza la tostadora salta la luz, las tomas USB estaban rotas. Por todo lo demás, bien, lo recomendaría por ser un sitio bonito, céntrico y acogedor.
