There are 60 steps to get to the floor that these hotel rooms are on. Do not stay here if you have any limitations at all for physical activity. There is an additional flight of stairs to get to the bedroom and bathroom with two additional steps to the bathroom. It was hard to navigate at night. Ok if 20-45 yrs old and fit. No better options. Ruined my vacation!

We had a 4 night stay here. The location is so convenient. You are so close to all the attractions and also all the lovely shops. The owners were really helpful with recommendations before arriving and during our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed is really comfortable. Loved staying there. Thank you.

We appreciated the focus on traveler comfort and ease, including lovely toiletries, free water daily, and an in-room curated wine selection available for purchase. We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was charming, convenient and Alessio was accommodating in every way. We loved the coffee, sparkling and still water provided and the A/C was fantastic in the heat of the summer. The location was great and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Great location in the middle of all that you need to do in Florence. Everything is walkable from here. Even the train station. Very clean and a nice full kitchen. Even provided a free shopping tote bag that we used on the rest of our trip through Italy.
